All cabinets are a matter of personal taste and the wood species is just the beginning of the selection. The personality of the cabinetry will also be affected by the finish you choose.

There are a variety of finishes to choose from, allowing your cabinets to be uniquely beautiful.

We normally use concealed soft close hinges in our cabinets.

• Flush inset doors are set within, and flush with the cabinet frame. A knob or pull is needed to open the door.
• Beaded inset doors include a decorative bead cut into the face frame edge.                                                   
• Overlay doors are set outside the cabinet frame: This is our most poplar style. Full-overlay doors cover  1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″ or 1-1/4″ of the frame with a 1/4″ reveal. 

• Raised Panel Doors feature one or more raised panels that create a dimensional look. The panels sit in grooves on the door frame and are not glued, but left free to expand and contract naturally.
• Recessed Panel Doors are basically Raised Panel doors in reverse, with the center panels set back from the stiles and rails, creating an appealing dimensional look. Many refer to this style as a Shaker style. 
• Flat Slab Doors, because of their simplicity, suit many settings from traditional to contemporary.
• Glass Mullion Doors feature authentic mullions (the framing that hold the panes of glass), adding to their appeal.

Custom Carved Molding, Plinth Blocks, Dentil Molding, Carved Posts, Carved Corbels, Carved Legs and Feet, Custom Turned Posts and Legs

Yes, we can provide hardware for your custom cabinets. We would be happy to discuss options with you.

• Flooring needs to be installed unless it is a “floating floor” which is usually installed around the cabinets
• Walls should be painted, and minimal touchup may be necessary after installation
• Heating and Air Conditioning needs to be functioning, to maintain humidity.
